Post Cinco De Mayo... ;) Did a quick fairly flat ish ride today, 7.25 miles... I didn't leave the office until after 1830, so home to the bike. After that shower then off to Jess's house, which might be my new running location, as she lives up by gasworks... yay!!! Here are the numbers

- I figured that since I am enjoying running again (has to be the shoes). I should do some fun things with it. i.e. fun runs, 5/10k, and maybe a sprint triathlon. Okay, update, I'm not going to "maybe" this, I'm going to compete, at least two sprints this summer, most likely the "Sammamish Sprint Tri" and the "Kirkland Sprint Tri" and providing I can buy my bike in time, I'm looking at the "Federal Escape Sprint Tri." This is going to chronicle my summer activities...
